Maxwell Penprase

Operations Director

Maxwell is our Operations Director because he has an extensive background in effectively managing that role. He’s a perfectionist and is passionate about doing things properly. He has been in this industry for a long time and has worked his way to the top because he cares.

Marcus Penprase

Sales Director

Marcus is our Sales Director. His passion is selling and ensuring that our order books are full. He started out as an engineer installing Fire Detection & Alarm Systems and Emergency Lighting Systems. He progressed to a National Account Manager and is now responsible for business growth.

Elise Penprase

Marketing Director

Elise is our Marketing Director and works with a team of dedicated creative marketing specialists, as well as providing Sales Support. She has an impressive knowledge in the industry as well as having a background in many different creative roles.

David Penprase

Compliance Director

David is our Compliance Director because he is the most senior and is the most knowledgeable. It’s as simple as that! He has carried out thousands of Risk Assessments and has the broadest experience of us all. He is dedicated to maximum compliance.
